Pregnancy Testing
- We provide free, accurate pregnancy testing. You will receive your results within minutes. Our tests are able to detect pregnancy as early as 7 days after conception (the first moments of pregnancy).
- Set an appointment for a shorter wait.
Ultrasound Services
- We offer 100% free ultrasounds to determine how far along you are and the viability of your pregnancy, meaning we can look to see that your pregnancy is developing appropriately. As many as 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, so getting an ultrasound can help guide your choices.
- We have registered nurse sonographers on staff to perform the ultrasounds.
- We cannot offer ultrasounds to determine the sex of the baby and do not perform or refer for abortion.
Breastfeeding Classes
Interested in breastfeeding your baby?
We offer monthly breastfeeding classes to women who are interested or considering breastfeeding. We have a trained Le Leche League Lactation Consultant teaching the classes.

Counseling & Support
Whether you are questioning if want to be a mom, are pregnant with your first, or are already a mom to many children, we offer free counseling services to support you through any season of motherhood. Talk one on one with a Client Advocate about anything you may be struggling with. All conversations are confidential and judgement-free.
